Description
The goal of the workshop is to collect and (initially) define the portal framework a customer is interested in implementing. The framework consists the data sources, look and feel, accessibility and security.
The workshop begins with an overview of portals then is followed by an UltraVision led discussion to identify objectives, goals and requirements for your portal. We will focus is on the following area:
· Define Goals and objectives
· Define requirements
· Provide architectural options
· Define (initial) data sources
· Define (initial) content management requirements
· Define access and security Requirements
Duration
2 days at customer site for workshop and follow up presentation.
Deliverables
Requirements document that describes project objectives, goals, architectural option, and description of data source, initial content management requirements, access requirements and security. |
